Why a Priority Planner and Not a Skill Calculator
VAMPIR's Korean build has run since August 2025, and the community's finding is consistent: for most classes the exact skill order matters less than cooldown discipline and toggle management. The documented exception is Carnage, whose rice-farming progression guide fixes four always-on essentials in a specific order. So the planner models what the meta actually optimizes: which skills you never leave home without, in what order you invest.
As global-client data lands, per-level skill point costs and damage coefficients get added as columns, and the planner becomes a full build calculator. The structure is already data-driven for exactly that day: skill names, types and orders all live in a ledger file that updates with verified sources rather than rewrites.
Honest scope note: only Carnage ships with a complete ordered baseline at launch. Viper, Grim Reaper and Akasha carry their documented mechanics (summons, toggles, burst windows, auto/manual split), and Bloodstained's order is queued for launch-week deep harvest. Empty rows stay empty until a Korean source fills them.

How does the VAMPIR build planner work?

Are the English skill names official?
No. They are glosses of the Korean client strings. Official English names are swapped in during launch-week verification, since the global client publishes them only at launch on 2026-10-28.
Where are the other classes' skill orders?
Viper, Grim Reaper and Akasha ship with documented mechanics guidance; their full ordered builds and Bloodstained's land during launch-week deep harvest. We never publish invented skill lists.
